faulty phone

I purchashed a phone and need to return a faulty cellphone which was deliver to me on Friday the 30th of October 2020 The phone switches on and off by itself I tried contacting their call centre *** and I was adviced to go to Vodacom shop I’ve been to two Vodacom shops in alberton and they all tell me intellicell is suppose to collect the phone as they don’t deal with online shopping and its within 7days . I don’t want the device anymore as you are not willing to assist me.
