faulty phone

today i lodged a complaint about my phone which i received two months back that dont want to connect to wifi for the last 2days, i contacted the call centre they just informed me to visit a vodashop. On my arrival without even inspecting my phone Hennie Schoeman an Assistant at the Vodashop in Checkers Hyper klerksdorp, refused to assist me without a letter thats stamped from intellicel. I dont know if this is ngeligance from intellicells side or the vodashop. but this service is terrible. Please be accurate in what we need to present in visiting your stores. + i informed intellicel about the discrepency via their website and no one has contacted me until now. Terrible, i repeat terrible.
