I app**** for a contract cellphone they called me to finalize everything they told me to send bank statement for me to be approved Yesterday they debited my account without receiving the cellphone The consultant that i spoke to yesterday said i cannot get a refund. I am confused and angry because i havent received the cellphone yet they debited my account without my consent I will contact FSCA so that they can fix this matter for me or NCR.The consultant name is Thandiswa that I spoke to yesterday.
