EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

<p>8 months ago a consultant called me and offered me a cellphone contract..of which I accepted without any problems I received the handset within 3 days!! GOOD WORK!! in November 2016 they called me again and offered me a tablet..of which I also accepted. When the handset was delivered..suddenly there was a problem for they get some kind of code when they swipe it.....NOTHING changed since my 1st contract....the tablet was taken back....i made numerous calls and send e mails...without any reponse.... what i do not understan IF there was a problem then with my card/account HOW did the debit order off R200 still went off my account end November???? NO ONE can explain that to me....they have taken the money...i have not received anything!!!!! AND they do not make an attempt to refund me....not that R200 is a lot of money...but why must I give money to a institution who does not understand or commit to SERVICE!!!!</p>
