Extremely poor customer service from Intellicell

I have been calling intellicell for my refund after they debited me for a cancelled order. Initially Intellicell advised me to reverse the debit order only to find out from my bank that i cannot reverse it and they need to cancel the debit from their side. After calling numerous times, i am always told that i will get payment but no payment thus far. Can Intellicell plese refund my money as i have had it now!!!!
