Extremely bad service

I never had a problem with this company until my tablet had a battery fault & it went back & forth in for repairs, it even came back with a cracked screen & Lcd wasn't working properly. This will be the 4th time to have it delivered back to me. They are a waste of time, they don't follow up with you & make as if nothing is wrong with your device!!! Please reconsider this company before using them no matter how desperate you might be!!! They just in it for the money & doesn't seems to put their customers first.
