Dysfunctional Tablet

They are not deserving of any star. I bought a tablet through them, I’m paying for the tablet every month without fail, but the tablet is not working. Tried reaching to them for assistance, only today I’m told that they will come and get the tablet si they can fix it, but I’ll have to pay courier fees. The consultant I spoke to was so rude. I am so annoyed.
