DISGUSTING SERVICE ....WILL NOT REFER PEOPLE TO YOU ANYMORE !!!!!!!!

i have been with the company for more that 3 years i have never experienced a bad service i even referred family and friends to the .now app**** for 2nd contract around the 15the Feb 2024 the consultant explained that the initail fee is 300 and the installment will be R379 from March 2024. To my surprise they debited 300 and the 379 that was experted .Both the new and current phones were blocked they saying i owe the 379 for Huawei y61which is the old phone As per Sisanda ,themba tried calling me yesterday and couldnt get hold of me that is when they blocked the phone .

i explained to her that i was not advised that i needed to pay R300 and R379 for the new phone Techno Spark other wise i wouldnt have taken it as it is once off . That is why they debit order went off the Huawei Y61 R379 and the intial fee for Techno spark R300.

Now am required to pay the R379 that was not on budget for the phones to be unblocked .Can someone get back to me with the way forward .
