Disgusted customer to block my phone
I was contacted today the 7-06-2022 by intellicel as my one debt order did not go off but i pay them every week because of on payment that did not go off they blocked my phone and handed me over for one payment that did not go off but they seem to forget when there are 5 weeks in a month i pay extra on the phone.Very dissipointed in there service i have been a cliente of theres for nearly 2 years to be treated in this way is disgusting.So know i have a phone that i can not use but they will still debit money from my account

07 Jun 2022, 13:44I am so disgusted in intellicell as a service provider i will sugest no one to ever take a contract will intellicel as they are the worst skip one payment they block your phone not to even give you chance to go make a payment i will for sure not be renewing my contract with them
