disgstusting service

i received a tablet with a vodacom sim card on the 2nd of May and not once have i used that sim card as the tablets sim reader got damaged. when checking the balance on the sim card i have never been given the my meg 500 mb as per our aggreement. everytime i try to phone these ppl , their nr is unavailable what kind of business is this? but they deducting R329 from my account.
