Deceiptfull sales over the phone by Intellicell

I think that this company is making money of people and are a bunch of *****s. they have taken out money from my bank account and have said that the phone will be delivered seven days after they have received my debit order. it has been almost a month after the deduction. when i did contact them they said that the phone that i wanted has been discontinued and have changed the phone and it will be delivered within five days. after this was not done and i contacted them again only to find out that they have declined my application. no one ever contact me with this and all the costumer service had to say that she was sorry. What ******** is this. is that how this company makes money from people.
