Debit order enquiry

Please advise why are you still deducting from my account but i finish my contract with you guys in January. I cancelled my Contract last year September. One of your employees called Shamiela Jafta was assisting me and we were communicating via email but she decided to ignore my emails and when am calling they always say she is busy. This has been a big inconvenience in my life as i have to reverse the payment every month which is costing me at the end of the day. Please make sure that you cancel this contract as I want nothing to do with you. I will not recommend you guys to anyone.
