Debit order date wrong

I have repeatedly requested that my debit order come off on the last working day of the month, yet once again it has come off today, 26th April, 2019, 4 days before the end of the month. This is totally unacceptable and if it is not changed, I will find a way to put a permanent block on your debit order. You have been warned.
