CONTRACT CANCELLATION AND REFUND

I had a cellphone contract with Intellicell of R339 which ended last year November, but Intellicell keeps deducting and when I inquire I was told that I should have cancel the contract or upgrade. My understanding when the contract ended the deduction should have stop, there was no communication regarding to cancel the contract. I have sent emails requesting this contract to be cancelled as per their instructions and asking for my refunds... I'm still waiting for an answer
