complaint

Really, after I have been a customer for Intellicel for years this is a service that I received today when I have to call more than 7 times listen to that prop and hold forever then call centre agent answered trying to assist, however they are no Supervisors or Team leaders available to resolve your complaint.

My account was deducted 6 x times on the 25/07/18 instead on 3 times. Then I was told by so called Flora to hold for someone Senior which no one wants to take a call. This morning when I called I spoke to Desree who was supposed to call back but Dololo, then finally I had to screamed at the poor lady by named of Nomfundo who tried to assist me. Intellicel I am very disappointed and frustrated but final words I need my refund like yesterday.
