I was calling by Bezel Bolosha from this company for a phone contract which i did not have any problem with till today no communication what so ever then boom today a debit order from them for registration how is that possible,how do u even debit someones account whiles service is not received,so i call today spoke to this very mean agent Abongile who refused to give me her surname but she could give me Hazel's surname this ladies does not listen to customers ,shes very mean and does not know what is customer service then bang worse even the manager is no different to her Lavian also does not want with her surname to show that they are *****stars she tells me that the agent did advise me that they first deduct the money before u get the phone like really how can they do that what kind of business is this ,i requested for the call as i asked her if she did listen to it as she is so adiment that Hazel did tell me and guess what she said no ,can tjoa company be closed down as they are running a ***** skeem they **** people and i want to open a case against them Rating is not even 1 its -0,0 i want my money or there will be hell to pay
