Cellphone Contract

<p>I took a cellphone contract out with Intellicell May 2016 of R299.00 per month and end June was my first deduction and they took off R349.00.I called and said that my contract stated R299.00 they said theyw ould change it the next month,it went on for abour 4 months where they still deducted R349.00 i kept on calling they said they have to listen to the calls between me and them they came back and confirmed teh contract is R299.00 per month and would add that to my account and only debit the balance with my next debit.Come end November they deuct a R299.00 from my account (which is right) but now they owe me a R250.00,which ive been asking for for the past 2 weeks.they keep saying accounts is going to call me but nobody bothers to call me!!!!!!!!THEY QUICK TO TAKE THEIR MONEY BUT NOW THEY CANT REFUND MY MONEY.</p>
