CELL PHONE BLOCKED BY AGENT WHO WAS VERY INSENSITIVE/ I WANT MY CELL UNLCOKED.

Good day I would like to complain about the pathetic service I get from Intelli cell the cell phones quality is horrible they don't get back to you its unfortunate that it is a contract can't wait to finish it. My reason for coming to Hello Peter is because the lady working there is absolutely rude and have no customer service attributes the way she was making up her own assumptions about me, I could nt believe that is how you treat people, customers for that matter. She actually told me that I am lying I told her that is a serious accusation. I had a problem with my bank account I told her the reason why I did not pay as yet, she jumped in my throat saying why don't I just say I don't have money what an insult after I pay them every month on time. She called me yesterday I answer but couldn't talk as I am in a call center she called back I didn't answer I couldn't, next thing they lock my cell I am unable to receive and make or do anything om my cell at the moment she does not even want to make an arrangement for me as I will pay she says no. So, I need my cel to be unlocked as soon as possible as I always pay my account, I will make a payment as soon as I can but her attitude should not be of that nature she needs to be dealt with not sure how to spell her name Nbulelo they will know who it is I called the om this number this morning to explain the reason and she would not listen. contact nr *** please I NEED TO USE MY CELL THEY MUST UNLOCK IT.
