Cancel my contract and collect Ur phone as I don't have 24hrs with it...I'm not happy at all with the device

I took a contract few days back with intellicell ..my device was delivered yesterday... I started using it and discovered a lot of issues with it ..which I called this morning to report it and to cancel the contract as I don't wanna carry on with experiencing issues and paying for something I'm not happy about... I was later called by the IT team telling me if I cancel the contact I must pay 1200 in installments and I must pay 150 for couriers... How the hell do I pay a cancellation fee that is equivalent to the device price...hardly 24months with this oscal c6o and I'm being told I must pay even for the courier to get it and cancel the contract...I've never experienced such pathetic service... intellicell must just collect their device and cancel my contract as I'm not happy with it... I was told couriers will pick it up for updates and bring it back ...I don't want it anymore...same couriers must pick it up drop to them and cancel my contract ...it's less than 2 days with this device... I opted to courier it to them they said a big NO, I CANT COURIER TILO THEM..BECAUSE NOW THEY WANT ME TO Pay 150 FOR COURIER AND CONTINUE PAYING THE CANCELLATION FEE OF R1200 THROUGH INSTALLMENTS ...WHAT ON EARTH IS THIS.!!!IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE DEVICE AND I DONT WANT IT BACK... SIMPLY CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND COLLECT UR DECLVICE.
