BUNCH OFF *******'S!!!!

I was approved for a cellphone contract in October 2017, intellicells courier company uses an EFT device upon delivery which you have to insert your debit card into the device to verify your details, at every delivery my banking details did not register, I contacted intellicell and verified my banking details each time, they kept advising me that they have changed my account from a savings account to a cheque account, and each time after a delivery when I called intellicell the agent would advise me that the previous agent hasn't changed it from a savings account to a cheque account, the last time I contacted intellicell which was probably after the maximum of 3 deliveries has taken place I spoke to another lady which advised me that my banking details is still saved as a savings account and not cheque!!! I then advised the lady to please change it, she then advised that it has finally been changed, however there will be a charge of R150.00 for the next delivery, I advised the lady that it is not my fault that all these deliveries has not gone through she advised she would schedule another delivery, I contacted intellicell today on the 12/01/2018 and advised them of all of the above and enquired when my next delivery will take place, I spoke to Nosithle and Clara, they were both not very helpful and Clara mind you, seems to be a manager with absolutely no consumer etiquette whatsoever, has still advised me of the above, when I asked her to look into the matter all she kept saying was that I need to pay the costs incurred to the courier services in cash and then the delivery will take place, I feel like they don't listen to their customers they just want to deliver cellphones and get their money, this was the worst service I have ever received in my entire life, where the manager and agent raised their voice to a potential client??? what about others interested in purchasing through your company sees this review?? and your business does not flourish??? does that not matter to you?? I want the charge of R150.00 to be paid to the courier services from intellicell, and my phone to be delivered I really do not see why I need to cover the costs for the delivery,
