Bunch of *********** ******!

I requested a settlement letter from you in March, received it and proceed to settle the account and send a proof of payment. it's now 2 months later and every single month you debit my account. What sense does this make when you know I don't owe you anything? Arlene is apparently the only consultant that can assist me, she doesn't respond to emails nor does she have a phone (how ridiculous!)
