Blocked phone after payment was done in time.

Will never ever take a contract by this company ever again my phone been blocked since Wednesday afternoon for none payment which I did pay on the 28 July 2023 I have send proof of payment but my phone is still blocked you are paying for no service at all and that is happening every month now. I am so furious.....words cant describe how I feel.
