Big dissatisfaction

My name is Sithembiso Xoki (cell no ***) I've been doing business with Intellicell Cellulars for years, now I did an upgrade with them last month and still have not received the phone. Instead of acknowledging the error/delay and letting me know when will the phone be dispatched they have been giving me a run around so much that I have to cancel the upgrade even though that is not what I wanted. Their consultants were so not of great assistance at all, even their online chat guy (Zion) cut our chat off when I queried about the delay in the dispatching of the phone. I will finish the other contract I have with them but I will not be recommending anyone to do business with them in future :(
