Bad/Slow Service

It's been 9 days since i was told that my application for a contract has been approved and that an SMS for delivery will be sent. I have since called in to follow up on my Application and informed that a consultant will contact me because they are out of stock. I am being inconvenienced and what irritates me the most is the non-communication that i'm getting form Intellicell. I'm even considering cancelling this Application. Can some, anyone get back to me
