BAD SERVICES

Hi My name is Nthabiseng Phosa, im having a problem with the company intellicell, where i buy my contract phone around February 2022 and it happened it gave me problems, so for them to able to take the phone back i have to pay 300 for courier which i did the phone was collected, so now its mission to bring it back i have to wait for more than two weeks, call them everyday with different stories from intellicell and the courier by the name of CDD, this two companies their services is bad in such way that they cant even update their systems, i dont think i will upgrade with them.
