Bad service. Nontobeko credit controller takes things personally

When i got my cellphone my sim was not in it. I payed my cellphone for 2 months without using the airtime. Then there was a month i missed my payement then made arrangement to pay this month. The 25th was yesterday and i had to transfare the money from my other account in order for them to debit. They closed my account the 26th morning and did not even bother calling me to find out why payment was not made. I cannot do any trasaction coz they closed my phone. How will i pay the money.
