Bad service from zizipho and other consultants

I missed a call from them when I called back I requested to apply for a cellphone contract when I told the consultant that I'm self employed he transferred me to another one .everytime I ask a question they will transfer you to another consultant without answering..I spoke to zizipho and asked for her supervisor she said she's not available I must call back..the service is ridiculous. When you want to file a customer service complaint they continue explaining their cellphone deals to you . Bad service even when you ask their names they transfer your call to someone else
