bad service from Mrs Radklief

i had a contract with this company of which iv been a loyal payer for years, a few months back i quested the duration left on the contract, i was told that it has ended, having to hear this i was delighted, moving forward i changed banks, so the old accountant was now dormant, i got a call from Mrs Radklief one of their consultants who was rude from the onset, she informed me that the contract is still active, hearing this i requested settlement, i gave her all the details of my accountant who deals with my payments of which she didn't call, i call them back wanting to pay the account today 06/12/2018, rude enough she dropped the call down on me, on the 27 of April 2018 another incident which took place on freedom day, she tells me i am the reason why she has to work, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, they treat their customers like dogs....
