Bad Service from Intellicell
I am relly not happy with the service I'm receiving from intellicell

03 Feb 2026, 11:22I lost my contract sim card, i just bought another one. Intellicell is refusing to assist me witha a sim swap as my account is on arrears . I am currently unemployed , where do they think i will get money from?
I've been a loyal client for years, now i happen to have a serious problem, they can't assist me. How the hell am i supposed to get a job if they cant assist me with Sim swap ? Vodacom informed me to contact intellicell .
