Bad Service from day 1

Please kindly assist till today no one has called for collection, I did provide all pictures. Spoke to one agent from repairs I told her my phone did not fall its just charging point plus screen glue that is worn off. Therefore I cant use this phone when laying on my back.

I'm so tired and feed-up of trying to reach-out to Intellicell yet they are not meeting me halfway. It's so frustrating knowing every month your account is being deducted but you not getting the pleasure from the service you are rendering. Next step you will be telling me about everything else forgetting I reported this matter inwith May now we in JUNE.
