Bad service

I recently took a second contract with the company Intellicell the service is very bad I completed the application and I had do a follow up weeks after the application coz no 1 call me to tell me how did my application went then after I called my application was approved and gave the consultant the address where they should deliver the cellphone and they agreed to that coming to my surprise when the courier company that works with them called me they refused to deliver the cellphone cos it was my home address and I escalated the matter to intellicell to tell them that they should deliver the cellphone to my home address reason being that am currently working from due to pandemic situation , the first consultant that I spoke to by the name of Carol she was extremely rude and even hang up my calls several times and I kept on calling I got second consultant by the name of Luru he was also rude raising his voice on me and muted my call, this people are so rude and unprofessional, even now I haven't get any help from them
