Bad service

The consultant Thembani Gecelo is very rude, poor customer service. he blocked my phone because I missed one payment even though I have never missed any payment with them. I tried to explain that my account has been hacked he refuses to understand and he tells me that is not their problem. I will not recommend them to anyone else. I called them because I wanted to take a contract for my partner and now I do not want it anymore and I will definitely not upgrade my services with them. They are inconsiderate and rude.
