Bad service

Please let me know when I will receive my device? Its been over 2 weeks and people have been calling me to deliver to my work address. I want the device delivered to my home address and I have told 7 different people this. I have paid the admin fee on the 9th of March and my first payment is due to go off month end, I don't have the device!
