Bad service by Sisanda

Sisanda is rude and get very agitated when she explains something to you .i do not know how she gets to speak to people like that .she has a F.***.ed up attitude when i ask question as if i knew she was explaining .

according to her i was wrong to ask if the new contract affects the old ,she was like i cannot change the interlicell terms as if she has told me before .I ASKED FOR RECORDING FOR OVER A WEEEK BACK SHE TELLS ME THAT THE LADY THAT WORKS WITH THE QA IS NOT THERE TODAY SHE DIDNT SEE HER AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE .LIKE REALLY WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FIRST REQUEST .
