Bad service, Bunch of ***** and ********

Intellicell is full of nonsense. I have been battling with them for more than a month now. At first they debited my account without approving the contract. When I queried this I was told it's the admin fee and it's not refundable. I was given a story that they can't confirm my employment and wanted me to send them a confirmation letter. I did and now the device that was offered has been discontinued, chose a device that I don't like sinec I will not be refunded, was told my contract is approved and the device will be delivered within 2-3 working days. My contract was approved last Thursday already and the courier company called and advised they will deliver on Monday. Intellicell is the worst service provider, they are ***** and would do anything to get money from unsuspecting people. I have not received the device as yet but I already have endless problems with them. Their customer care is useless, especially Zion from chat, very rude. Intellicell's HQ should really take a look at these reviews, this company is bad news.
