Bad Service and they are not customer friendly, contract declined after it was approved

i had a contract with them for a few years, they could have checked on my account from the past yet I app**** on-line, got a message to say that they received my paperwork, then 2 days later i received another message to say that my application was approved, then about a hour later i received another message to say that is was declined, contacted the no and they said it was declined due to me being a freelancer at a company i have worked for more than 11 years already and in fact if they checked my statement I actually get paid from another company as well, so why should it be an issue , they don't have a section in the application to say that you need to be permanent or not, now i will be going somewhere else as this is just not right, no apology from the lady that took my call.
