BAD SERVICE AND RUDE CONSULTANTS (BULELWA ACCOUBTS DEPT)

Your consultants are so rude and unprofessional. I just called in regarding my account and spoke to a lady by name of Bulelwa in the accounts department She was so rude to me and refused to assist me, put me on hold and kept quite while talking to her colleagues. Told me how she is not going to entertain me at all when I asked her about my account. It is so dissapointing that you treat your customers in this manner and your service is appaling. I can't wait for my contract to end and never ever deal with you guys..
