BAD SERVICE AND MULTIPLE DEBITS

I have an account with this people and they have been debiting endlessly without any communications,i called the call center and they said someone is gonna call me and its been days no call from "that someone",please do not use this people as they are unprofessional and they dont communicate at all with their clients ,i regret ever entering into an agreement with them.such a BAD SERVICE PROVIDER.
