Bad service and bad products

I have been complaining ever since i got the device, infact since august of this year, the device has been freezing even though i installed minimal applications, the device performs fine without application, but clearly it will defeat the purpose if its used without programs installed. I have checked the specs of the device against another device i use and they seem fine, even my older device performs way better than this one. Clearly if i have been complaining since august some steps shouldve been taken by now if the company cared about its customers/service. Check your whatsapp trails, calls and emails, i have been complaining, and do not know how to stress this further, this a **** phone! And to top it off, i spoke to a female named Coline who knows nothing about customer service, shes rude, doesnt listen, and speak over me trying to mock me, or giving an impression i do not know what im talking about whereas im the one with the issue! I have had enough of the device, the company and your employees, i need someone superior and professional to handle this case. Now im at a point where either the device gets replaced with a functional one or cancel my contract!
