Bad Service

i app**** for a contract 3 weeks ago, a week later i sent my letter of employment as well as 3 months bank statements. every time i call someone tells me a different story, 1st they have them then they dont, but it has been sent. i then became very frustrated. this morning i called and spoke to a lady named Amina, who screamed at me on the phone and said that she is going to hung up. what kind of service is this? i have worked in a call center environment for over 7 years and have never seen people act this way. i want my contract sorted out asap and delivered and i want Amina to go back to training for some customer service. i am not going to tolerate such terrible service especially if you want my business. i expect both problems to be sorted out asap or im going to take this further. i will be expecting a call
