Bad intellicell

I have an account with intellicell Last year September one of their consultants checked my account and told me that I was done paying for my cellphone but they still debit my money and the saddest part is I can't reverse it I really need help. I asked for my statement, only to find out that everytime they debit my debt with them goes up
