bad customer service from Nicol account lady from Intellicell

The customer service from their sales department to accounts department.

Sales departement don't take their customers through fine print and also load incorrects amounts on debit orders and when you query the amounts you are told that there is nothing they can do you MUST JUST PAY UP as if i refused to pay at first time and also they don't wanna acknowledge their mistake. THEY ARE BULLIES
