BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Canceled my contract because i am due for a upgrade. Going over to pay as you go. I have received a whatsapp informing me there will be no debit order for Januarie 2022. So after all a debit order went true. And no one spond on any whatsapps. Very very bad customer service
