Bad cell service
So this morning i realized that my new cell phone has been blocked,only to find out the debit order didn't went off.I know it was my mistake.I called now 5 times to rectify the debit order.Now i need to wait for them to decide to do a debit order,they refused an immediate payment,my phone is still blocked to no estimated time when it will be fixed.The lady at the call centre didn't even try to help me sort out the problem.This is the worst cell company and im very dissapointed that i used them.
