Bad bad service!!

Very bad service and big disappointment. This company promises black listed customers a cellphone contract and delivers a broken phone. When I received my phone and switched it on it was malfunctioning so I reported it same day of receiving the phone. First I battled to get these people and their couriers CCD Couriers to collect the broken phone and now more than a week has passed and Intellicell states that they have not yet received the broken phone . The agent at customer care informed me that they will be debiting my bank account for a phone that I have not used or have in my possession. They have broken the contract between us by not supplying me with a working cellphone so I will be cancelling my contract and will not be paying for this invisible cellphone.
