Bad bad service

Good day

I made an agreement with Intelicel that they can debit on the 28th as its my debit date. However whenever it suits them they debit on any date and give stupid reasons.

Yesterday 23 April 2021 they debited my account, this is the 3rd time I'm experiencing this problem, and today I called into Intellicell and a Shadanai who was supposed to assist me told me stories and then hung up on me, I called in again and some stupid 1 again who didn't want to give me her name hung up on me and told me they can't reverse my money.

I am tired of Intellicell, someone must teach them customer service
