Bad aftersales service!!!!

I have app**** for a cell contract and previously for a upgrade on my existing contract i had. For the second time i was told i cannot be assisted because Tymebank is not on their system. Everytime i request to speak to a manager the consultant will either tell me that the manager will phone me back which doesnt happen or the next day another consultant calls and just gives me the same story.!!!!!!!!!!!
