Appauling service 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I'm an existing customer with intellicell,they use CCD couriers for their deliveries,I've been moved from pillar to post by bother companies with regards to my delivery,now CCD call me to say the need authorisation from from intellicell to deliver bit at my house,which was done,I'm very appauled by the service I'm getting,moredo I just came back from hospital where they even insisted on delivering it at the hospital,I called them to advise. I was being discharged Nd the said they were escalating it,to my surprise they are now asking for another authorisation,in the meantime money gas already been collected,
