annoyed

i have 2 contract phones with them, last month they were trying to sign me up again claiming my 1st contract has ended and indeed i did not receive airtime and though they were deducting for the last time. to my suprise they have deducted twice again this month. tried calling and sending emails no one is coming back to me regarding this
