annoyed

These people are abusive, i have noticed that its been 2 months now that i dont receive airtime as per the contract but they are quick to debit come monthend. i have sent 3 emails which no one is responding to. i am not happy at all, i feel like they doing this on purpose because they busy calling to offer me another contract which i refused!!!
